1962 - Hans ASAMER and Johann HUFNAGL open a gravel works in Ohlsdorf.
1964 - Construction of a ready-mixed concrete plant in Ohlsdorf
1965 - Acquisition of a ready-mixed concrete plant in Bad Ischl, Austria
1965 - Acquisition of a gravel works in Viecht, Austria
1972 - Construction of a prefabricated concrete plant together with the construction company Stern & Hafferl in Gmund, Austria

1973 - Opened the first European tyre recycling plant together with the company Hatschek, a cement plant in Gmund.
